I have been living at one of the properties provided by Silverspring Lettings. Honestly, most of the properties are well managed and the best part is that they are very proactive in handling any queries, maintenance requests, etc. We recently faced boiler leakage and electricity problem during Christmas and new year. Even when everyone was on holidays, the team made sure to arrange technicians to get the issue resolved in 2 days. We highly appreciate this.
