Making the Most of Bonfire Night

Whether you're heading to a big fireworks display or supporting a smaller village event, remember to wrap up warm, allow plenty of time for parking and check the organiser's latest announcements before travelling.

Some events require advance tickets and may sell out, while timings can change depending on the weather.

And don't forget about our four-legged friends! Fireworks can be frightening for pets, so make sure they're safely settled indoors during the celebrations.
